Pareix mentida que no estic nedant gens però not una millora a sa tècnica que me fa nedar igual que quan feia un poc més de volum (3.000-3.500 2-3 pics per setmana) i no els ronics 1.500 que faig 1-2 pics per setmana.
Divendres faig tornar anar a rodar un poc i almanco aquesta setmana correré 2 pics: 12km en 56'
Avui supòs que faré un poc rodillo si puc i demà m' estren com a jutge al Duatló des Parc Bit on faré 1 de les 2 practiques que he de fer per tenir el títol de jutge.
